Why See a Life Coach

  • Life Coach   Clients engage coaches when they see areas where life is not as fulfilling as they would like. While knowing that they could make changes, they are often not sure how. With the assistance of a coach, the client comes to identify the improvement they want, access their inner strengths, and chart a course that will take them beyond their current reality.
  • The coach does not provide information, directions, or criticism but, instead, asks questions that stimulate thoughts, encourage planning, and inspire progress. The coach will also encourage accountability, not as a judgement, but as a tool to help the client adjust any part of the plan that is not effective.

As a coach, I work with people who are mentally healthy but want more out of life. My belief is that you are strong and capable and don’t need to be told what to do or how you might feel better.
